Cestrum Nocturnum Linn or Night-blooming Jasmine is a medium-size shrub with 12 feet tall, branches spread as a think bush, oval leaves 6 inches long, the base and the end of leaves are sharp, flower bloom in bouquets of white and green at the base and end of a stalk. The length of a flower is 1 inch. It will bloom and have a strong smell on eight o’clock to the dawn so it is called Eight O’clock Jasmine.

It is believed Cestrum Nocturnum Linn have originated in the West Indies archipelago.

Cestrum Nocturnum Linn is not a picky plant, like a good drainage.

It can be reproducing by grafting.

Night-blooming Jasmine is popularly grown as an ornamental plant in the house and garden for a long time to smell a fragrance in the night. Often said that the smell of Night-blooming Jasmine is intoxication and narcotize so it is grown far from the residence.
